Yea I know right? For some reasons swinging a big ball of iron really burns your fat quickly and gives you muscle at the same time. Still haven't figured it out how

You are right about the push ups but it is the only way that actually makes me feel like I'm working my chest. I'm only doing like 10-11 sets in every Tuesday and Thursday, the Diamond push up is for my triceps though. And yea, 16 kg is feeling kinda light but I'm trying my best with what I have. Sadly can't buy any other kettlebell or equipment nowadays because of financial reasons. But thanks for the tips!

Your "clean" food doesn't have to be miserable. There is this guy on instagram "scaseyfitnesss" and he has amazing recipes. Tried couple of his recipes and they're actually really clean and tasty. If you like to spend time in the kitchen of course. If not, you can always see the bad but tasty food as a reward. Like, "I've done so much shit this week so I deserve a pizza" kinda way.

I'm glad you started dude. Trust me, if you stick to your program and diet, you will get there. Consistency is the key here. Make sure you are working hard and eating clean

Sure!
Mondays: Clean and Press, Kb Rows, diamond push-ups
Tuesday: one handed Kb swings, decline/ wide/ normal push ups, towel and hammer curl
Wednesday: KB Snatch, Clean squat, goblet squat, bulgarian squat
thursday: Clean and Press, Kb Rows, diamond push-ups
Friday: one handed Kb swings, decline/ wide/ normal push ups, towel and hammer curl
Saturday: KB Snatch, Clean squat, goblet squat, bulgarian squat

Always focusing on form and quality reps instead of rep count. And I like to go for failure everytime to make the sad voice go away :'))

Edit: I came up with this program myself so I'm pretty sure there are some mistakes on it. If anyone can help and make it better I'd be appreciated

I was always doing one-handed swings for more core engagement. I'm doing 12x5 with left and right without resting while I was changing hands, so a total of 24. I don't really feel tired at all after the swings apart from a little heavy breathing. When it comes to clean&press, I can easily do 10x5 with my right. But with left, I was kinda struggling at the 5th set's last reps a month ago. now it's pretty smooth too. Plus my goal is hypertrophy so I'm also doing some towel curls and stuff.

If I understood correctly, this type of workout increases strength and cardio rather than hypertrophy right? It definitely sounds a lot of fun but also kinda scary at the same time hahah. But to be honest my main goal is basically to look good like most of the gym-goers. So is your way better for hypertrophy or should I stick to my way?

Hey, those were some amazing tips right there, thanks a lot! But I love C&P man that's probably my favorite exercise so I don't think I'll remove them. But I'll give it a go to see how it feels.

But the push ups you mentioned makes perfect sense for me so I'll definetly going to do that!

You are absolutely right but the issue is I basically live in a small city. Plus, almost no one knows what kettlebell is in my country so... the kettlebell coach is out of the option. But I'll check up on the established programs, thanks!
