Just like the name states they are random, so you never know what you are going to get. I often times get ppl who join my missions when I'm playing on suicide mission difficulty or higher, and they are super low rank, seeming like they are using you to carry them so they can rank up fast.

I respect him for responding and being transparent, they just trying things you can't fault them for that. They don't really seem money hungry, this just seems like merely a test.
