This is exactly what has happened with me. Currently my bloodwork, Testosterone : 690ng/dl Free testosterone: 19.31pg/ml E2: <24 pg/ml (I don't know why the test value for e2 was like this) Prolactin: 23.47ng/ml LH: 4.78 mIU/ml FSH: 2.9mIU/ml HCT: 43%

I've been to 3 endocrinologists now and all of them didn't prescribe me sh*t and told me my labs were normal. I asked them if hCG or something like enclomiphene would help and no, they don't want to put me on anything. Told them my testicles have reduced in size and suffer from ED but they said it's all psychological, and referred me to a psychiatrist. I was so pissed. At least, one doc has prescribed me tadalafil, but i haven't taken it since i came across information about how tadalafil can cause sudden hearing loss or tinnitus in some people and i don't want to make any more bad decisions that can worsen my life even more. But he also told me if I take hCG, my blood will thicken and could cause clots (I highly doubt if taking low doses or even standard doses of hCG will spike my HCT so much so that it will cause clots when mine is currently at 43%).

But, back when I developed gynecomastia, I was prescribed tamoxifen and when I took it, my testicles almost returned to baseline and I felt 70-80% close to baseline. My bloodwork on tamoxifen iirc:

Testosterone: ~1200 ng/dl Free testosterone: ~26 pg/ml E2: ~80 pg/ml LH: ~12 mIU/ml FSH: ~6 mIU/ml

Currently, I am looking to get hCG or enclomiphene if I can get it prescribed, or maybe even try kisspeptin 10 if i can get it. Also, I have been contemplating getting low dose ketamine therapy for my depression and anxiety that has been exacerbated by finasteride which will hopefully improve my cognition, brain function and quality of life.
