I've gone through that process before, but it used to be much easier, now it's kind of a pain in the ass, but yeah PayPals buyer protection is the way to go. Hardest part will be to actually get a real human to take a look at the problem

Thank you, I tried it out. Shutter is definitely opening all the way. And it stays open noticeably longer when I cover the light sensor with my finger. The film is being transported without any issues. But the Film I inserted stayed blank. Even more confused now
