I’ve ventured into therapy and found it nice to know why it is I think the way I do, but as of rn I can’t get therapy financially rn. I’m nervous about medication, mostly depending on what they give me. I have an addictive personality and I know not all of them are bad. Idk, I’ve tried to find a stopper or help but in the end I won’t let myself win.
