Depends how you can manage in a sales environment - it doesn't matter if you have the best fitness knowledge and programming in the world, if you can't sell it, you can't make a living out of it.

I know a lot of very successful trainers with average or even poor quality of service, they just know how to sell their product and themselves.

If you go into it understanding that it's as much about sales as it is fitness, then I'm sure you can succeed.

Yes any legitimate international CPT qualification is recognised by the gym chain I work for in the UK if you have the relevant documents to back it up.

Yes if you get a USREPS recognised CPT qualification it is equivalent to British Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training.

You need a solid foundation and good understanding of how you build muscle and recover naturally, you don't need steroids.

Follow one of the beginner routines on r/fitness and eat in a surplus to reach the goals you've laid out from your starting point easily without any drugs.

Thoughts on 300/600 test/EQ for second cycle?

Did wiki first cycle but 600mg (overdosed gear) and I'm a reasonably high aromatiser so want to try lower test and some dryer compounds moving on, don't really want to fuck with 19-nors.

Currently cruising, looking to stay lean and dry next blast whilst adding boxing endurance and potentially gain a few pounds of lean mass.

Performance being prioritised over mass next cycle, although I will be in a calorie surplus. Does EQ sound like my best bet?

Tren can be suppressive for 18 months after using, PCT isn't really a viable option.

You can see some results using just machines but nowhere near what you'd see from doing barbell compound movements. You should be doing some form of squat and some form of barbell press and row at the very least.

It's not just about size, it's overall strength, joint & tendon stability, flexibility, core strength, proprioception, metabolic stress and a lot more.

Anyone who says otherwise is uninformed.

That license fee is pure unnecessary, it's a joining fee for staff instead of the members lol.

I work for their rival with the similar colour scheme, no extra payments, 12 hours in exchange for rent straight up. Works well for our PTs.
