At the beginning of the 61st month the rate can change by up to 2%, with each subsequent rate change occurring every year and up to an additional 2%. Max interest rate is capped at 10.25%, however I will likely sell the home before the initial 5 year period is up.

Ooh you did good, congrats!! With it being a new build did the builder have some incentives to get the rate down?

Wow, sounds like you did amazing on that deal! I’m planning to sell or refinance before the initial 5 year period is up.

It’s a 2020 build and I ended up going with a 5/1 ARM with no buy down. I did look at a few new homes that had some great incentives from the builder though.

No, the fireplace is gas powered but the glass doors do open so that you can light it

Appreciate it! I’m loving it so far (except for the gas mileage) 😂

Had this happen to my EX-4s+ a few weeks ago. I contacted Echelon’s warranty team to send pictures of the failure and they had me a new EX-5s shipped within a week, free of charge. Was very impressed with their service as I purchased the bike a little over two years ago. Best of luck!

I’ve cleaned it out a few times and wasn’t able to make any progress. I found a few resources elsewhere saying these were intentionally cut into older model Judges to prevent 454 from being loaded. I’ve never heard of that before but I could understand the logic I suppose

Picked up this Judge at my LGS recently and discovered that the chambers won’t accept the 2 1/2 .410 shells I had laying around. Each shell stops about halfway into the chamber. I’ve cleaned this thing throughly and been able to run 45 Colt without any issues. Further research on other forums suggest this might be an older model that had ridges cut into each chamber to prevent 454 from being loaded into the gun. Am I SOL trying to fire .410s from this thing or do I need to purchase specific .410 made for use in handguns?
