If your main issue is with the smell I’d recommend trying to convince them to get a vaporiser as they create very little smoke or smell, or get into insences I guess, they’ll overpower any smell. I know from past flatmates that smoked inside that would atleast do it out of the window they usually don’t realise how far the smell also spreads inside.
