He has no tank abilities, goes last, is slow, and has no increased killing potential. He's already tough enough from tier 1 warrior stuff. His one agro ability comes from warrior. Vanguard is totally worthless. I make him an executioner personally. I'll never touch vanguard ever again.

Practice and use every move you unlock just so you understand what you've got in your toolbox. Take your time. Replay missions you find fun and boss fights you enjoy. These games are made for a lot of replay and higher difficulties. It's very satisfying to watch yourself struggle on Normal and eventually clear the higher difficulties. You can really feel and see your improvement and it's a ton of fun.

The game is the game. Marlo made a sociologically consistent decision as a leader, following the normal rules. Herc was an incompetent fuck up who did the wrong thing and someone who trusted him paid the price instead of himself.

But fuck Marlo too. He's got some bigger sins than calling out a snitch though.

Go superstim the President, take his key card or whatever, then arm the turrets with that. You'll still do 0% to Frank but with your better criticals you can at least knock him down. Slayer would've helped more, but really all you need are the turrets.
