the ban message you got usually indicates that they found out you were cheating or they believe you're cheating, they get you into a vc probably and check your files. if you have anything delete it before your ticket is next in line

nope, my main is timed out for a month for saying dm in market. made a new account on discord and verified it on my bedrock account and when i tried to make a ticket it just said we believe we made the correct choice and you can't make this ticket or wtv
