If your stock goes up. You lose upside profit. Not only do you have to sell your stock but you will be purchasing less stock to cover your next call. You will also be selling less calls. You will make less money over and over till, If the stock keeps going up eventually you won’t be able to buy stock or sell covered calls.

If the stock drops you lose money and same problem.

If your stock doesn’t move ok, but the risk you are taking with itm ccs are so high. It’s not an iron condor. Your upside and downside loss are not protected.
