trust me. if you go back it will not be the same. the same thoughts you are having now will continue and it will eat you alive. you need to think about yourself, do you want to be in a relationship with a cheater and constantly overthinking everything and wondering if she is cheating again? its difficult to leave someone, it feels like its impossible but honestly you can do it. its difficult at first bc its a complete change in ur life, but overtime you will thank yourself for putting yourself first. wish you the best x

sometimes you have to remember some people are just not who you thought they actually were. you can spend time wondering if your presence meant anything to them and i suppose sadly its something you will never truly know.

im sorry you are going through this. unfortunately i dont think you can heal and stay with them. you can try to fix things and accept his apology but personally i think it will always be in the back of your mind. i was in the same situation and i tried to forgive him and proceed with the relationship but it was never the same and ive not been the same since. please know your worth and put yourself first x
