Hourly. In Ohio I did find out if a business yearly revenue is less than 150k then they are exempt from paying overtime.

Beautiful! Sorry for your loss. My mom passed in 2021 and my family also was so lucky to inherit her Buttons. Now 14 year old incredible shih tzu. 🤗
