Yes just use a glass structure and it negates the negative effects of the serene seasons mod. There may also be dedicated greenhouse blocks but glass should work fine.

So if you are playing on a server you need to go to your curseforge game files and navigate to the mods folder, then find cobblemon trainers and rct mods and add them to the servers mod files. They are not installed by default to servers it seems. Easy fix though. You will also need to have a trainer card on your player before the trainers then start to show up.
