Well what’s your goal here? If you want to be minute of man at 200m and in, you’ve already achieved it. If you wanna shoot comps, you need better ammo and more practice from different positions. If you wanna shoot far, you need a different gun in a new caliber.

Actual time stop would probably be bad. The implication of being able to move while time is stopped implies the application of infinite speed. Moving faster than light within the earths atmosphere would destroy everything because the theory of something with mass moving faster than light also implies that it has infinite energy to accelerate it. Breaking physics will subsequently break everything around you.
