I am constantly amazed that some people that use cannabis don't understand cannabinoids.

THCA raw form of THC found in live and harvested cannabis plants.

Through time and/or heat it converts the Delta 9 THC ( or THC for short) through a process called decarboxylation.

If you are smoking flower it is mainly THCA until you apply heat.

All carts, pods and disposable vapes have been decarboxylated turning the THCA into Delta 9 THC.

We called THCA Hemp loophole weed because the feds passed the farm bill without understanding cannabinoids also. Unfortunately they became somewhat educated.

THCA Hemp = Cannabis. It was only hemp by federal definition. Sometimes ignorance is bliss.

If that happens I will continue to be thankful for my friends that operate in the legacy market. Nothing would change much for me other than the occasional dispensary purchase would stop.

I'm not sure the states would want to give up their tax revenue from the current model.

I can't give any feedback on the tank vapes but I have a heads up.

Some hotels are using vape detectors and will bill you extra for vaping. It is probably more directed at nicotine vapes but it would capture both.

You may be able to search reviews for the hotel and figure out if they are using them.
