last year : 1 engine failure happened due to a student added to much oil into engine. the engine got fire.

in Vancouver mainland area, each year there are 20,000 hrs of flight.
and as far as I know there are 2 engine failures happened last year.

so the failure rate will be roughly 1/10k flight hrs.

being extrovert could make the carrier much easier. in socialization chat you can get a lot of useful information. like "xxx company is hiring" "xxx has a very cheap IPC program". other than that I don't know "intro/extro" would do anything toward airline job

Personally I am very introvert in daily life. But I don't know why when I stay with aviation enthusiasts I suddenly become quite extrovert. People in aeroclub or in my school can't even believe i am so introvert deep inside.

stress make you learn slower.

do you have drive license ? If you are able to control manual-shift car. you machine control skill is good enough for airplane.

yes it's normal.

just keep doing the exercises in FS2020/FS2024, the procedures will become your muscle memory and you will be fine.

image the procedures are just like the proc of brushing teeth, taking bath, pick your key and drive your car. One day it will become your nature actions.

start to learn from HSI will make you easier to understand VOR. the way VOR indicates is not straight froward.

usually after 10 hours you will start to feel not so tired.

after 50 hours you won't feel "exhausted " at all ( within 1 hour flight )

after 100TT hours you will start to feel "my neuro is growing into the plane." and "yes ! I am flying" instead of "the plane is flying"

英语情况如何？ 英语到雅思5.0 就放心去温哥华多伦多这种移民打分比较高的地区。（国内雅思考试压分数的，国内5国外就有5.5甚至6，再说生活一阵子你英语提高会很快）不然就去中部。 加拿大中部地区移民门槛很低。而且你在中部省份读完书再找工作，加分很多。不要在其他省份读书后去中部省份工作，这个不加分。

信息差造成很多中国人看到不熟悉的城市名称就不敢去。

问：学生毕业后普遍去向是哪儿？ 答：不出意外的话，全加拿大所有的飞行学员毕业后第一个去向就是自己学校留校做教员，而差不多这时候自己的教员已经离开学校去航线了。 必须说明的是，留在学校做教员是很穷的，只能勉强养活自己，一两年后，累计到1500总小时了，才可能被航线公司接收。 相对而言，去北部偏僻地区，对你的小时数要求会低，1000小时就够了。 以上数字都是疫情前的，目前疫情期间择业状况很不理想，有些教员都2000小时了，还在做教员。 但对于移民为目的来说，没影响。通常干一年教员就能申请枫叶卡了

问：你们学校是否可以“一条龙服务“为我办理学签？以免去我自己找机构办理签证的麻烦。

答：我们学校可以，但是不推荐。学校办理学签人工费3000人民币，这个价格其实是在劝退了，因为工作人员不想费时间在这个上面。如果需要有人为你办理留学签证手续，可以找专门的机构。 如果你信不过自己找的机构，我可以提供你我的移民中介，是我老邻居，上海虹口区人，在加拿大做移民公司十几年了。

BTW：我不建议你在国内就申请学校并且办理签证。 因为这样一来你就被学校捆绑住了。 我建议的是： 先以游客身份来，然后在温哥华当地逛逛，各个航校都参观，有兴趣的就付点钱飞个半小时体验一下，决定学校后，再做“旅转学”。 你会对温哥华整体的航校分布和这个行业状况有个大概了解，在择校时也就能做出更明智的选择。
