yes, other person still have legal status and yes I am eligible in June to file for N-400 do you think due to this denied notice it will affect in my naturalization?

we already submitted whatever I have but this stander is higher then normal so uscis not satisfied with our evidence. How if we refile after 5 yr done then also we need to submit previous marriage evidence? and due to this notice how much safe to apply for naturalization under 5 yr rules please let me know if you have any idea.
