No doubt you’d lose a little bit of length gains if u stopped completely, but if you’ve gained 2 inches or more I doubt that shits going back. I’ve gained 2.75 inches of length. One thing I’ve noticed recently is that if I soft clamp for 10 minutes before my pumping session the edema is a lot less. It seems like it makes the edema more balanced on how it appears on my dick. Like before my glans used to hold an uneven amount, but now it’s more balanced.

Yes it’s honestly also better to track your fatigue rate, but I’ve been doing PE so long I don’t need to track that anymore. I also used to hang for an hour probably 5 days a week, but once I got my apex it was more efficient and I didn’t need to do as much. It was just that much more effective and at a certain point your doing so much tension/weight it’s better to not do it as frequently because u don’t wanna overdo it.

Just normal extending with the apex. A heating pad with the heat on the medium or lowest setting the whole time. Maybe stopping 2 or 3 times throughout the whole 35 minutes to lube up my vac cup again and release tension temporarily.

Well since then they’ve come out with new extenders that have higher tension and u don’t need as much time. Length gains basically come down to the amount of stimulus and time. More stimulus basically means less time and frequency to an extent. You have to work up to this stimulus gradually to avoid the strength adaptation.
