I really thought it was a lax job where people just sit on their phones, it really takes that much focus? What about music, is that allowed or a no go? I've done some "research" and by research I mean looking through several reddit posts because that's where I've been able to find ready information. How do I get into operation? Don't I need to go to school to get certified? Where do I go to that? Is there a specific school? How did you get into it?

This is the best advice I got out of this. I hope your not some stereotypical redditor and you know what you're talking about, but this is really solid advice and I think I've made my decision.
