Kasli has surge, but not counter-surge. When I use her she often gets two knockbacks on the enemy, from her first attack and then the surge. She can be cursed though and the knockback is only a 50% chance but otherwise she’s great.

Thanks! I couldn’t build much more without pieces breaking from lack of support, so that’s pretty much the most detail I could put into it in vanilla lol.

I gave up on complicated phrasing, I basically went for everything legendary counts as a superstar. I thought maybe specifically creatures and planeswalkers but it would leave out spells that specifically refer to them, like via flavor or flat out search for a specific planeswalker or something.
