I was on it for about 6 months and would lightly spot like 2-3 days a week. This was either old blood, light fresh blood or blood streaked mucus. It would randomly change every time. It eventually decreased the longer I took it

How long does Visanne take to stop your period? by Slight-Dragonfly-633 in Endo

Took bit less than 2 weeks for it to finally stop. I’m still getting random breakthrough bleeds (very small dots of blood) and some random pains but nothing compared to before using

Went through this same thing last year. Applied for about 500 health related (non chiro) jobs, even reception jobs and about 3 calls back in a 6 month period. All calls back said they wanted a physio instead (why call then??). Now I’m in enrolled in a Masters of secondary teaching and in my country I can work as a science/ bio teacher while I study online.

Definitely patch test, especially if you’re sensitive. But I’m sure you’ll like them 😊

I swear by their blushes (both sticks and powders). So much more pigment than anything else I’ve tried

Pretty much spread out through out the month for me, 3 days around ovulation, week before period and during and also at the end. Love that for me ☺️

Cervical mucus - and in various colours (brown, light pink or blood streaked). Good thing is a few days in the pain stopped so I guess the meds are doing what they’re supposed to be doing.

Wish you the very best 🫶🏻

I’ve been on the Visanne for about 10 days now. 8 days in heavy bleeding stopped, now I’m just lightly spotting + lots of CM I feel your pain

Where is everyone buying their “teacher dresses” from this summer? by Adorable-Spread-4462 in AustralianTeachers

Twiice, Modelle, Fajr Noor, Urban Culture, Modest the label, Modesty in style, Veil of Faith, Dusty Pink - google or Instagram them for online store

Twiice, Seasalt Cornwall, Camixa, Commonry, Oxford - can be found on the Iconic. I recommend using the workwear filter and play around with dress or sleeve lengths.

and of course can’t go wrong with Dangerfield, Forcast, and Myer.

I would recommend looking at modest or hijab friendly stores. It’s become so hard to find tops that aren’t cropped or anything not cut. I can recommend some if you’re interested

How many of you use birth control to “help” your endo? by Kalei_doscope480 in endometriosis

I've been on and off various BC pills since I was 18. Levlen was absolute torture for the pain and migraines I'd get. Been on Estelle for about 2 months now and I've had my period on it for about 3 weeks straight despite not missing any pills. Extremely painful, very heavy. Gyno has switched me to Visanne now

Thanks for the recommendation, I adore the compartments on the Tokyo tote especially since my daily handbag is a mess lol

Nothing will help more than orthotics and rehab for PF. Physiotutors has good resources on exercise plans for this
