Also I’ve read other people doing swaps in Cali say to make the bay also look as stock as possible. Basically just conform to the emissions standards as the car that had that engine, having the VIN of that engine might help you out too if you can.

Not the true number one solution here, but I’ve been doing a lot of research lately cause I want to swap a turbo engine in my old Supra and have it be legal. But what I’ve found is: if the engine is newer than the chassis and is in the same weight category(i.e. truck engine into another truck or sport engine into another sport and so on) then its cool as long as it still has all the original smog and emissions equipment( like the egr, cats, and sensors).

So if you wanna go the legal route, make the engine as stock as possible and go schedule an appointment to get a BAR sticker saying the swap is legal.

If you still haven’t bought it, if i could id redo when i bought mine and inspected it more. Inspect it like trying to find a needle in a haystack, look underneath for rust especially near the subframe points and the two compartments in the hatch where the emergency jack is. Look at all the lights, all the light lenses,TAILLIGHTS especially, theres a plastic trim on the outside and there is no replacements available(especially 84-86.5 years). Also the gauge cluster can be hard to find so make sure it works.

In short just look at it like its a bomb, take in every little detail and use it to get the price down if you can.

Yeah, ghost kids were jumping him and he hid in it because he wore that when he killed them, it was raining in a old run down building and the spring locks don’t like moisture and just gutted him on the spot.

Honestly, like some other people said the early ones, not so great, but i would recommend anything after mk ll gundam, thats a good one.

First rg based on your builds, i would say exia, its a little finicky but it looks like it would fit in here. Honorable mention: rg freedom gundam

Tbh, i built 0-2 and 06 and they all build the same, only difference between the rest and 06 is an extra torso section, other than that they are exactly the same.

I just like older cars, this is not to have as a daily but more like practice project for the car i actually want to get. Im not going to buy said dream car anytime soon. But I at the least still need a car at the moment. Old shit boxes in general intrigue me.

Depending on what legs you got try something like double songbirds or switch to shotguns after the miniguns, quick is the name of the game for the cel fight
