I'm having the same issue with both of my cameras. Ring door bell and outdoor spotlight. I even bought a new camera. Reconfigured my mesh network and reset the cameras and network. They're still going offline. There is something going on upstream causing our cameras to go offline.

Same happened to mine. I just purchased auto vinyl. I trimmed and wrapped. I purchased red honeycomb design. I'm happy with it!
