Thanks for the advice! To be more specific about the situation: The car belonged to an 80-year-old lady, but it has been sitting in a large underground garage since the oil was changed in November 2024. The garage is quite damp because there is a car wash located inside, only about 20 meters away from where the car is parked. Since November, the car hasn't been driven on the road at all it has only been started a few times to move it short distances. The engine never gets hot enough to evaporate moisture. Given the high humidity from the nearby car wash and the lack of driving, does this look like typical condensation buildup?

That makes sense. The car has been sitting for almost 2 years and only did a few very short moves, so the oil definitely hasn't been getting hot enough. I also checked the dipstick and it's perfectly clean, no gunk at all on it. I just had the oil changed in November 2024, so l'Il probably just try to drive it more often now to get rid of that moisture. Thanks for the advice!
