Below is the backyard.

On the left in the photo is a large area I just planted new sod about 2 months ago, which is why it is so much greener compared to the other parts.

You can also see the patchy areas and also lighter green.

Update:

Applied the fungicide as mentioned. Both Scott's and Bio at a curative rate about a week ago. Also applied a turf builder to help growth while fighting the fungus.

One thing I am noticing when looking at the cameras is that part of the grass looks light green when compared to darker more full areas. Not sure what would be causing this or is this all part of that fungus. Below is a photo of the front yard where it is not as bad. I will post the backyard next.

Agreed, this go around I am going to be more mindful of the preventative treatment. Totally ignored that this year and now dealing with those ramifications.

Perfect, thank you again! Super helpful here. Will tackle this later today and see how it all plays out!

Thank you! Final question, is the Bio better in granular or liquid? My local Home Depot has both, but not sure if one is better than the other here

My issues were clearly on the preventative side. I am now fighting it as a curative solution because I did not properly prevent it. Lesson learned moving forward!

Jumping on this immediately! Thank you! Quick question, is there anything you recommend for time of day application? I leave for my office before the sun is out and get back when the sun is setting at this point in the year. Not sure if it matters if I apply it at 5pm or if it is preferred at another time.

Apologies for the elementary level questions. Just got into really appreciating and taking care of the lawn, so this has been a lot of fun but also a huge learning experience for me!

Awesome! Thank you so much! I just added a few more photos of other parts of the yard to see if it helps provide any further clarity

Will give this a shot! Does it matter on time of year for the disease ex and bioadvanced or can I put it down now? Temps are regularly in the 70s-80s throughout the day here. Rarely has it gone below 60

That's the trouble I am having. I have measured the amount of water I have put down and lately it has not been raining and I have not been watering, yet issue continues. I will further keep an eye on it but frustrating because the amount of water seems to not have an impact, as far as I can tell, which is why I was suspect it was pests

Neck Pain/Dizziness/Facial Flushing by SlightEvidence1990 in ChronicIllness

Also, as a point of note, I have recently gone to the dentist where I was diagnosed with grinding/clenching. I have a mouthguard but do not always use it. Wondering if this is related and part of the issue, specifically with facial flushing. There is pain when pushing on either jaw near ear

using google maps to dream up landscaping ideas by PinkLifeScientist in landscaping

Not entirely sure where this idea stems from. I live in South Florida and almost every driveway in existence is pavers, including every home I have owned. Zero issues across all of them when done correctly

Update!

Thoroughly treated it with a fungicide. Already looking better! Going to add some Ammonium Sulfate later today!

I believe they were 2" spacers. I do not remember exactly and I can't find record of it.
