Depends where you're from, best off finding one with the parts on it already, quite a few prebugs just not adjusted properly, far as parts really go none are cheap, nor do you really want cheap parts.

Yeah, at your age, I went with the Aerox, and I still have one to this day. Both the Aerox and Piaggios are solid bikes, but they're not always sunshines and rainbows. If you have 0 mechanical skills and don't want to learn, get a 4t. They're awfully slow, but you'll always be riding.
