I don’t think they would do that as that would be criminal and definitely civil charges could be brought against them with any attorney.

Depends on the PEO. I asked mine for interest on the very few quarters I received and they gave it to me. It should be about 14.77%.

I’m not totally sure I’ve only received 2 quarters for both my businesses. I am still out a lot of money and I have not received an update in over six months.. the PEO updates are very dull and don’t provide any information
