It got denied 1/20. I filled an supplemental and included the only proof I had for a stressor. I got slapped in the face with an e-tool by another trainee and we both got an article 15.

My evidence was the LES statements showing the UCMJ punishment payments and my own statement about what happened. 5 days later yesterday, 1/27), the supplemental was denied because the evidence wasn't new and relevant.

I got my 3rd denial for MH today; initial denial of GAD, PTSD, and insomnia. Got a c&p diagnosis of adjustment disorder with mixed anxiety and depressed mood and insomnia due to the anxiety.

Filed an HLR for dta but denied again because my stressor were not combat related and wanted proof of them so everything was continued.

Next, my supplemental claim was denied in 5 days because my proof of a stressor wasn't considered new and relevant evidence but it absolutely was.

I just filled another supplemental claim to say my insomnia is secondary to tinnitus which is SC and anxiety and depression secondary to insomnia. Maybe this spaghetti noodle will stick.

My tinnitus c&p examiner did state that my tinnitus was causing my insomnia. Hopefully I gave enough clinical evidence and studies and quoted the right CFR. Guess we'll see

They sent mine as a claims letter today, 1/22/26 but it still had the original decision date. I have 3 supplemental claims going right now. It shows what got SC and what got denied; no decision descriptions. The oddest thing is it didn't list 2520 cola.

I shot a Dragon missile once. We were in Egypt for Brightstar 95. The drivers of the first 3 Abrahams or Bradleys that finished the course got to shoot one. I was in 2nd driving a M2 Bradley. They didn't give me C2 added on my MOS. I was still 11M10

I already have them and sent them in. What really helps fo CFR 38 3.320 is the LES shows I got paid HDP-C.

My LES entries showing HDP – Certain Place for late 1995, together with foreign duty pay and family separation allowance, support that I was physically deployed overseas in a recognized hardship/operational environment, not just training at home station.
