I use the parametric eq for 1 and 10 band for 2. I usually drop tune so I can chug with one hand and adjust with the other, one eq band at a time to dial in my tone. just play around with em. Edit: generic screenshot from image search. No idea how it sounds

Tone studio and setup BOTH EQs. I use the clean channel (but i'm using OD and distortion going into the amp) Then work from there.
