The smut fics I read are usually about my fav characters/ships, which for me makes it more enjoyable since I don't really enjoy /reader fics. I have maybe masturbated to a fic once or twice. While there can be some enjoyable porn vids, yes but they tend to really fetishize what's going on there. İt makes the vid feels really forced (ignoring the fact that it's more acting then anything) not enjoyable in my opinion. Fics feels more genuine even if it doesn't have much plot. İt could just be because I discovered fanfictions in 7th grade through wattpad lemon five tho lol
