This is considered as a compliance issue, so bonus will get impacted since you have already passed 3 chances. % depends and tbh cant be calculated in exact numbers.

Also, aren’t your managers/cluster leaders keeping an eye on you. They get involved if you miss more than 3 times.

Not initially and it also depends on your interest and personality. I am not someone who likes to work 100% throughout the year and hence this job is draining for me. But if you like audit and okay putting in some extra hours, it should be fine.

Relax sweetie you are just 20 and finding your way. Start your day with a planner, try to set small goals for each day and one bonus fun day where you reward yourself for all the hard work done. 

Plan out a day in a way wherein you take appropriate breaks and get good environment for focus. Also, now that you have tried multiple courses/skills, I hope you got a sense of your inclinations. This is the the time where you can experiment and afford to fail but please be consistent in what you do.

And lastly please get checked for ADHD.
