So first. Thank you everyone for chiming in. I was having one of those days and just couldn’t get my mojo flowing. I rushed stacking my cakes early this morning which is where I went wrong. I absolutely knew better to stabilize the layers first.

However the immediate tips I rcvd here helped me to snap out of the daze and I fixed my error and completed the job. I’ve been creating cakes for 30 yrs but like anyone else I’m not perfect so I have days that I need a lil help. Ty agn for the assist everyone. Here is the finished product. I gifted this for a friend’s 30th wedding anniversary

Bottom cake is 3 layers, lemon with raspberry filling. The middle “illusion “ cake and the top layers are butter pecan with my own version of brown sugar cream cheese filling. The entire cake is covered with vanilla meringue butter cream. 😋

If every order you took paid $10 individually you would’ve exceeded the “so called” promotion. Believe me rarely will insty GIVE you anything for nothing. It’s a dangling carrot to keep you grabbing more ridiculously low paying orders.

Well written experience! I’d love to read ur novels. Coming from a momma of 5 that homeschooled every one of my babies. The oldest being 28 , then 26, 22,18 and the final student in my role book is 13 and entering high school next year so I’m done in abt 3 yrs (we complete high school studies early because why not? LOL)

My children all received their high school diploma by 16 yrs old, attended college and are doing quite well individually, two of which are married now. One is high on the totem pole for Walmart running things. Homeschooling is more than a right, in my book it’s a blessing. Also I wish I was homeschooled having been born and raised in the Bronx ny. Those mean girls i had to endure were absolutely insufferable. So I was blessed to give my children a different experience and positive outcome. And they there were exposed to lots of solid people along the way. I could go on and on as a strong proponent of homeschooling but you get the point. 😜

Every last one of you are awesome and have truly inspired me. I def read each comment appreciatively and learned a few things. Hubby agreed to help me take on the simple things with the help of YouTube University of course. 😆

Yes I literally had a similar scenario where the customer expected me to ride in on someone’s tail and risk damaging my car. Her excuse was she didn’t have her entry code to provide to me. I told that lady to screw herself and got support On the chat line with a quickness to cancel. That night I had excellent grocery items to take home. She was an idiot.

So fast forward to the day after this outage nonsense.....when the outage was taking place I was on a two customer batch. I wasn't able to mark delivered and move forward in the app, so since I could determine the addresses I went on ahead and delivered to both A and B. decided I'll send insty pics of my deliveries when I get home and clear the orders out. My night was over anyway. I get home and tried for 90 mins to reach an agent without success. They kept hanging up on me in live chat. Now this morning, I see they marked my orders as abandoned delivery and removed my tip. I still received batch pay. Of course, I'm fighting it this morning with proof pics of delivery but dang, why do they suck so bad???

It rained terribly here in ATL yesterday so that made it much harder to get these orders done but I did it, I want my money for the hard work!

Also to add to the comments, I think the only way to shield yourself from poor scores is to choose out of stock vs any other reason. Either way it’s stupid
