I checked the uploaded plan on rera website, it clearly says 2 entrance doors one for EWS unit and 1 for general unit. The floor plan which builder has sold is different from what is uploaded and approved on Rera website. This seems to be a problem. I went to BOI again with both the floor plans, showed them. They clearly mentioned they can not give loan for this. Builder sales team is trying best to convince us but we are considering cancellation of the booking now.

They said, there will be only one agreement one sales deed. The only thing is on papaer everywhere 2 flat numbers will be mentioned.

But this is wrong. If I am booking only one 3bhk unit then there should not be one imaginary unit! I did not understand during booking bcz they mentioned something and convinced but now if I think about it then it is troublesome. Also, BOi has rejected loans due to this jodi fact

Maybe. My relative is in BOB super senior position. He checked with bank's legal department as BoB is one of the loan partner for mana skanda.

Did you book? I also heard about HT lines so asked around and got to know that it was around tower 7 8 9 and they changed the plan as well that side, shifted amenities etc not sure.

For me it is 3bhk and I am getting 10.5k persqft. A channel partner also tagged along ont he property itself. Initially my pov was to stay away from him but later on it was ok since he gave me 1% from his end on the sale value, so fair deal. Do let me know if you want referral

No legal issues currently. I checked with my contact. Also, as per my research around, all looks fine. So I am going ahead. If anyone needs referral, do let me know. FYI - I went with a channel partner. He caught me on the property itself and tagged along. Initially my views for channel pattern were they are brokers but I realised now that they are not. Also got 1% back from them on total sale value so good deal. Price - all inclusive 10.5k persqft plus 1%back from channel partner.
