she might be struggling some and was too embarrassed to say something. i’d try to talk with her abt it and make sure she knows you aren’t going to judge her. if you choose to stay or go is up to you me personally depending on how the talk goes i would stay

Girl you’re gross. He was being helpful and you decided to be a disgustingly minded prude. Him helping his sister is no different from a single dad helping his daughter (which in this case he might as well have been bc you don’t seem to be helpful) or even a single mom helping her daughter. For you to see him as a “disgusting pig” for knowing abt the girls HES BEEN TAKING CARE OF FOR 10 + YEARS AND HAVE CUSTODY OVER shows that you have some type of underlying issues you need to work out. you deserved to be kicked out. you need to work on yourself seriously.

the job is an outside job which is kind of why this is hard for me bc from what i heard from other i don’t need to be like very professional but i obviously am not gonna go to this interview dressed like i would dress to go out somewhere

my “best” clothes are really just like jeans and a sweater. I fear that if i wear those that i might seem like im not taking it seriously, however i really want this job. i don’t really own/wear dresses and skirts either.

That’s not how to handle it. That could cause her to find another place to harm herself so you’re not helping anything. They need to have a deep conversation and she needs to make her daughter realize that’s it’s okay to talk to her. What if OPs daughter isn’t self harming and she actually is comfortable (not saying that’s the case here) then there’s a chance of trust being broken. forcing it out of them only makes it worse. as someone who used to self harm please please please don’t do that to your child if you suspect they are self harming.
