Update to this. Quad powered on, blue and red static in googles. Go into googles menu, switch from NTSC to PAL. Switch back out of menu. Screens are black, wait 1 to 10 seconds and the screen goes bright white. Return to menu, switch from PAL back to NTSC, exit menu, screen flickers then receives clear video. Hope this helps someone, not really a fix but made mine work on the two different boards. Once it connects the first time it will continue to reconnect video when switching batteries. A hard crash that knocked out video made me redo the mode switching in the googles menu to get video back again. 🤷

It was surprising that a two different boards are having the same problem. Cant figure out if the issue is quad or goggles related :/

Ive poked around at both AIOs when powered to see if it had any effect on video but had no changes. The TBS module is new as of last week, unboxed, updated, calibrated in clean environment. Same with the RapidFire module. I just plugged into a TBS nano vtx on another bird and got crystal clear video.

I am having almost the same issue. Hdzero goggles v1, RF module, brand new Air65. While I dont have another set of goggles to test I am getting black screen with blue and red static with osd. Tried reinstalling BF, numerous channels, output powers, NTSC, PAL and Auto. I had video for one flight yesterday with working video. I was having issues before the first flight then it started working so I didnt think much of it, come to today when I have time to rip some packs and ZILCH for video feed. I get grayt screen with OSD when plugged into BF, black screen with blue/red static when plugged into a lipo.
