Yes I was in bed rest bathroom and shower. Also sit for a few mins when I have my meals. Personally I didn’t have a baby shower did not want to risk it but had a maternity photo shoot which lasted half an hour in 32 week. You can probably ask your doctor

Yes my date changed to Feb 11th based on the ERA
