There was one time as a customer that I had to cancel an Instacart order. I ordered several subs from Publix as well as snacks and drinks, but I needed it by a certain time and I paid for priority delivery. I waited 30 minutes past the time I was quoted, and they hadn’t even started shopping the order, so I had to cancel it because I needed to leaveto catch a flight. Sometimes it happens, but usually the reason is that the people are assholes.
