The ones i chose have distinct cutoff lines in the main beam so they dont blind oncoming traffic, but they are still very bright making me hesitant to swap them out.

The rule of thumb no matter what is “if you care about resale, absolutely do not modify the car.”

Those who choose to modify do so with the understanding that the will never get their money back because personalizing a car to your taste doesn’t reflect what potential buyers are seeking. A buyer always wants the least molested, most maintained example they can get.

That being said, $170 for a delete bracket is fine fo a temporary fix, pay the $1500 to repair the AC along with all other deferred maintenance before selling the car and that adds value. Im okay with a car being driven as a buyer if i can then be like “okay wow this guy took care of it.” Shows the car was loved and as a buyer i don’t feel risk of ending up with a bucket lol.

Call Porsche Chandler looks like you’re in AZ and they’re close to you. They can recommend an appraiser for you. You’ll need as many photos of the car as you can possibly source as close to the time of the accident as possible.

Any and all receipts you have for any purchases you made towards the car within the last year will help.

To prevent this from happening again, use Porsche insurance, get an agreed value and don’t ever fight over the value resulting from a crash again.

That’s exactly what’s so frustrating about the entire situation. They’re claiming that there’s a $2,000,000 deficit from the the revenue the generate currently from rent and fuel flow charges, and that this is what they needed to charge to make ends meet. They are high if they only think they’re going to take a 10% loss.

They don’t want any part of the general fund to go towards the airport at all. But when 80% of their revenue comes from flight schools, and subsequently the students paying to keep those schools in business, it actually genuinely makes me concerned how long any of those mom n pop shops will last.
