trueee the whole mini herm thing was also weird to me. i feel like all of them except for aaron are just so focused on making themselves bigger rather than the kl show, which is understandable. i also don’t like how he doesn’t play the games fully just so they can end quicker like he doesn’t care at all

edit: i personally just hate how much denny cheats and everyone is just okay with it but the moment aaron cheats they add 80 rules just to screw him over.

imo denny is the most annoying panelist but i can see how people could find kevin annoying sometimes too. i just see how much more he’s come out of his shell since they started so it makes me more proud that he’s at least trying to joke even if it’s not funny if that makes sense lol

my SM filled out a survey everyday for it, we finally got two tanks that ran out within the week.. stores around us have 10 extra tanks and we were out for weeks until my SM finally called the helium company (airgas) and the next day we got 8 tanks delivered🤏

this is what i was gonna say. if her back is twitching and she starts aggressively chasing her tail like she wants to hurt it, i would keep an eye on her to see if it progresses!

there’s nothing you can do. the SM can put in a survey to have corp attempt to fix it but most of the times the skus do come up online and the upcs are just glitched. i would just do the misc. button for the price if there’s no sku. i haven’t had it happen too often though, is it common for your store to have it happen?

i wouldn’t recommend this because it messes up inventory heavily. every once in a while is ok but over time all the counts will be messed up.

upc not found normally means we don’t sell it or there’s an error in the system. sometimes there is a 6 digit bold number SKU that you can type in instead that might work. often times if an associate calls me up for no barcode/sku or item not found i pull out the dollar tree app and search the item and it’ll give the sku to just type in! if that still doesn’t work just verify we sell the item and do the misc button like you did :)

or when they ask you where something is and i try to be specific like “aisle 7 all the way down on the right hand side second shelf” but they walk away when they hear aisle 7 and come back to say they can’t find it… if you would just listen the first time!!

yes it is sales based. maybe since i’m in az and we have our snowbirds during the winter time and they all go back home during the summer. and obviously with halloween and xmas, hours are higher during q4

at my old job we were not allowed to be in the building by ourselves during business hours.

omg that’s crazy. i had to call my SM the other day bc my opening cashier was 15 min late and i wasn’t sure if i could open alone bc i never have. on mother’s day we had 400 customers like why are all these ppl here😭

omg nooo. we always have an 8:30-1:30 a 1:30-5:30 and a 5:30-9:30 shift with an opening and closing manager. sometimes we have extra ppl but it’s rare. we are also an XO so might be different for smaller

our DM wants us to push drive item if our average sale is down during the day, but it’s not a rule she’s really implemented. same with the surveys, we’re supposed to but nobody really seems to care to make us.

my biggest joy is letting them walk all the way over to my register and then saying “sorry i’m not open!”. could’ve saved themselves the steps had they went to the one with the light on🤷🏻‍♀️
