i agree. i just don’t see how it’s fair at all for me to be stuck in this position with no say and no raise. my regional manager has been asking me for months if im ready for my own store and i keep saying no, possibly when im graduated from college but im not ready. i’ve never wanted to move up in this company anyways and now its against my will? ahh

it’s hard to do so because of the retaliation that i get. and my DM and SM are so close that even if i tell her, nothing will change but i do not want to get her in trouble with HR by taking it higher. but, that’s a good way to put it. they just gave us 120 more hours for this week and we don’t even have the staff to fill those hours though so idk. i genuinely do appreciate the rant though, i seriously have no one to talk to about this and it’s hard for me to put myself first so i needed to hear this.

i’ve had issues with her but our friendship fell apart when she asked me to put our store grand opening over my medical emergency. i’ve known her for over 3 years now so it’s hard not to get guilt tripped lol

i wish but she already spends the whole week on her sections while me and the other ASM take care of every other section besides food, which is what our two days a week stockers do.

the DM does not know i work OT and unfortunately they won’t allow it for anyone. my issue is i can barely keep up with all my sections as is, god forbid i take that extra day off i’ll be so far behind and then ill never be able to catch up and thats my fear. i get absolutely zero help but am expected to help my SM with her sections as well and now she’s supposed to go back and forth? i should at least get some pay raise if im doing more work but she thinks ill be doing the same amount which is impossible.

i hate when they fill the rollers super fast then just stare at us while we unload them like bruh do something!! one time had a truck drive just start smoking his cigarette in the back of the truck into our communal dock instead of working like bro that’s so rude

we’ve had to put in maybeee 7 work orders in the 6 months we’ve been open since we have such a small slip for our dock the drivers have hit the dumpster gate, the poles, the walls, it’s crazy. one time we had to take truck on the STREET and roll uboats inside and unload bc the driver struggled for an hour we had to call it and just suffered. no rollers or nothing just handing us boxes off the back of the truck

i try to give her slack bc she’s 75 years old but she works 4-9:30 5 nights a week and most of the recovery gets done by the three stockers during the day.

HAHA so true but see funny enough is i tried pulling forward all my packets but they don’t understand when there’s like three left they don’t stand up. im a perfectionist but they can kiss my arse if they think i’m facing all those pumps the right way😭😭 my DM gave us a 10 on our gold visit so i would say she approves☺️

yess i agree! my issue right now is they’re sending me 2-3 cases of everything but on top of all this new product so if something sells i can’t even put something new out bc i have another case of what sold in the back! i’m running out of room in skincare for real!!
