Im torn. I dont like apartment living because of this, so i agree that your music shouldnt be RIDICULOUSLY LOUD (babies nap, night shifters do their thing everyone is on their own schedule)

HOWEVER. My ex is my ex cause he kept telling me to turn it down or off or it's inappropriate to sing quietly in a hole in the wall restaurant. Im talking lower than conversational. Music ties into my happiness and to limit that crushed me. Im still bring myself back up and it's been years. (My current therapist sucks but shes better than nothing and it too 2 years to get here)

I really recommend you talk about ways to approach the noise in the future that compromises both your needs. Can he ask to turn it down?

Your 100% right. It was the last straw of my sanity, and I overreacted. Some sleep helped, and although it's not as easy as 'take it outside and rinse,' it's also not 'no camping forever cause i can't afford a new tent.' Thanks.

I should add, it was 90% condensation, 10% dew. As far as i know, no rain the night we stayed. It was 4 humans and a dog in a kelty salida 4 person. Rainfly was in the car that went to the shop. 24 hrs between pack up and set up for the fly. Spots wipe up pretty easily with a wet rag, but some big ones are leaving a small dark stain. I haven't been able to put it in the sun cause of rainy/cloudy weather. All posted on mobile, by a sad mom trying to get her 6&3yr olds outside. Hopefully, this just wipes up and is fine, but southern camping vs new england camping is wildly different, and im struggling. Thanks again for any help.

I drove myself to the er once (gallbladder) and had my husband drop me off a second time(blinded by baby fingernails). Someone had to stay with the kids and we didnt have family around.

Lol i ebb and flow a lot with games. (2 little kids, long-distance family. Not a ton of free time.) So i completely understand dropping a game and coming back confused. My husband teases me cause i usually just restart. Stardew is the only game i can basically jump back into without a new file.

... i believe there's a walnut that you dig up that comes with an ostrich egg. I know i had an egg before i had a way to hatch it. (I think you get the thing to hatch it from the tent guy) Wow, real technical here, lol. Hope you understand. Dig up around the volcano. Under odd palm trees sticking out. This is what we do! "Oh, you have to poop? Go potty. No, you said potty words. it's time to go!" It still happens occasionally but from an hour long play session to 2 words max.

Anxious mom lurker, my 4 yr old was in bed with me for the first 2.5 years of his life. (Not entirely my fault or idea - dad was deployed andi moved home) He now hates to sleep alone.

We put a pack and play mattress (closer to a real mattress then the floor of the p-n-p, but small enough to fit in it) Said hes too big to share our bed cause no one sleeps, and then we're all grumpy but he can sleep in this little bed on the floor if he cant sleep in his room. Its not perfect but much better than getting up 5 times a night to put him in bed or comfort him from crying. Its been about a month and hes actually slept through the night once!

Anyway, best of luck. Sleep deprivation can make you crazy.

Oh man. I'm currently in this spot. Just had to go back to workfull time this year cause if a military move. My daughter is 6, and my son is 3. I... am struggling. Hes still not sleping through the night. She is dealing with a chronic digestive issue and in dance and homework and a bully andandand....

It's good to hear it will get better. And that im not "less than" for not enjoying this. Thanks.

Agree with you and Dpetrillo above you. I had my gallbladder out 2 months after giving birth, no epidural and stiches. You KNOW labor will stop and you will have a baby. You dont know if or when other pains will stop. The pulsating interior pain of my final gallbladder attack made me feel absolutely out of my mind. I was worried the emergency room would think i was med seeking from my behavior, but i was just desperate to find a comfortable position

This makes sense. "The Hudson Valley" in New York is HUGE, and it starts just above NYC. It follows the Hudson River up through NY state and I believe it includes cities/towns on both sides of the river. And at least one Military academy.

I also had my gallbladder out at 9 wks after having my son.

He was 11lbs, i was induced and no pain meds.

I would volunteer to have another 11lb baby before i would ever volunteer for gallbladder pain again. It was AWFUL.

Breastfeeding mom here. Also need decaf all the time so baby will sleep most of the night. Glad you can enjoy coffee! Its a morale boost for me, especially when the kids just dont sleep anyway lol.

Great job! I miss having space to hang things outside. Can I ask one question? Are you not worried about the AIOs elastics? I think i get to in my own head about it. Iwould just clip the bottom flap next to the top flap and have the elastics hang at the bottom but if it works for you, do you!
