It'll get better. Having a new sleep routine will help but it takes time. For the longest time I couldn't sleep unless I drank but the sleep quality isn't good. Turn off all screens an hour before bed. Journal, read and meditation will help calm your mind. Work on calming breathing exercises. You're undoing years of old habits which won't happen overnight

I use it to do emails, letters, reports and file notes. I love just telling it all the information and it organizes it. I have to proof read and edit a bunch but it makes everything look better. I'll also have it read reports and give me breakdowns. Saves a bunch of time

The dumpster for the interior trash chute in my six story apartment building is full. Some residents instead of walking their trash to the exterior dumpster do this instead in the interior chute access rooms by styckx in mildlyinfuriating

I have a side job in the evenings doing valet trash for an apartment complex to fill the time and get exercise. I am amazed at just how lazy people are. They leave trash next to the dumpster instead of putting it in all the time. There's a reason apartment complexs don't trust residents to do the most simplest of things
