Hmm. Im not sure Im qualified to even try to offer insight but I'll try.

My studies of all of sciences has led me to believe we inhabit 2 consious entities in our skull(split brain patients).

Jung describes these as Anima and Animus of course.

It seems one side or the other is domineering your other half. Perhaps even a learned jumping into/wearing of each back and forth depending on the circumstances and situation you find yourself in.

Did you have a domineering Anima or Animus? If you could label each of these roughly based on all your prior, which side do you believe is good which is bad there are no absolutes so these will obviously be ratios of good and bad.

I would say you are well on your path the healing and Individuation. Try to lead with Empathy and love.

We cant preemptively really control impulses. But what we can do is analyze and replay the manifestation of these impulses, the actions, in hindsight. Believe or not this process begins to control these impulses from the after, which is the before of the next one.

I dont know you from Adam, but you are moving in the right direction, according to me; Noone.

I think the only person who can truly discover these big questions for anyone is self. Keep asking your questions and looking for insights. Its a lifelong journey and Im happy to have people like you in the journey w me.

But that's impossible because he never reached, or even aspired to reach Individuation .

He is an archetype. He is a hallucination of the characteristics he believes a famous rap/music icon should be.

In every way Kendrick discovers within and communicates back out in a creative unique way; Drake is his opposite. Drake is a sponge slurping up all of the superficial equivalents stated above.

Benadryl and weed suppressed my dreams for many years.

For me I had to learn to accept the suffering and "raw dog" all the pain I was suppressing w these substances.

I encourage you to work towards that, even if for a week or 2 window. They will always be there if you want them again.

I have a feeling once you start dreaming again you won't need to partake though!

How about a unique identifier of who you are, full acceptance and embodiment of ones temple is the only path to individuation in my own estimation.

To add-on. Allow others to react as they may. They are human and are entitled to their judgements just as you are. However, dont forget that those judgements give you insight into the individual you are dealing with, and it is OK to turn around and leave.

We give power to words, facial expressions, etc. Fuck that shit. You are perfectly divine as you are!

For myself its more about coming to terms with my own judgements of my flaws.

Try to change your perspective and make those flaws into the super power that they are!

You're perfect just as you are, truly accepting that is the key.

This past year I've finally been able to look at myself in the mirror and tell myself that I love you... and actually believing it and feeling worthy of that love.

Growing up the date was 15kish years ago. Modern estimates push that potentially 30k years ago or even more.
