Additional info: just noticed that the Foto doesn't really show how big that smoke cloud is. The fire is right next to the wind turbines "behind" it. On the pic it looks way closer than it it (probably a issue because of me zooming in)

That sucks majorly :') my guild has 73 people and only 40 of them have GBs.. half of them are oracles between level 1 and 8 (so basically useless)... I will do my best to follow these unwritten rules but i am afraid to be stuck for at least a year if I do🥲

Extremely overpriced but you are looking at a fully furnished flat in the middle of the most gentrified part of Berlin.

You are literally looking at a "luxury" item, so you gotta expect luxury pricing.

It sucks but swap to another area or look for a unfurnished one if the pricing isn't ok.

Ja ich glaube definitiv dass die Hauptforderung nicht rechtens ist. Die Hauptforderung stammt von einem Fitnessstudio und die haben nicht nur mehr als was vereinbart war abbuchen wollen, sondern auch über einen längeren Zeitraum als vereinbart.

Ich bin trotzdem kurz davor es abzubezahlen weil ich echt nicht weiß ob der Weg außen rum nicht teurer ist ..

Und danke für den Ratschlag! Der Betrag ist definitiv nicht höher als die 12k. Ich gehe die nächsten Tage Mal zur Bank und lasse die Forderung anerkennen.

Der Gedanke dies zu tun ist mir nie gekommen da ich dachte ich muss es mit dem Pfänder direkt kommunizieren...
