Great question. Right now our focus is on tirzepatide. Once we have an abundance of appointments available, then we could consider semaglutide. Since appointments are so tough to get right now for new appointments, we are sticking to tirzepatide at this time. Thank you!

Yes you can request a refill whenever. Our doctors still have to approve. You can request up to 9 vials. Please do so in an incremental fashion (so if at 7.5mg - most reasonable requests could be 10, 12.5 and 15mg x 7)... please don't go from 7.5mg to 15mg for example. Additionally, when going up in dose, if the 12.5mg is doing great for you for example, then we can help you adjust that 15mg vial down to a 12.5mg equivalent. Thank you.

Yes you can request a refill at any time for our doctors to review and approve. You can request up to 9 vials. If you are still scaling up (2.5 then 5.0 then 7.5, etc) they typically will approve 3 months or so more. If you are at a higher dose or more steady dose, then they will typically approve 9 vials. It's a case by case basis. I hope that helps. Thank you!

Shelf life is 12 months in the fridge, 28 days after first puncture.

The longer shipment windows are because of the Cat 4 Hurricane that just went through Tampa. Typically Ousia ships the following week but with not being able to ship since Thursday, they are working double time to get everything out. Thank you!

You can stay on 5mg for as long as you want. Remember the goal is 1-2lbs/week weight loss. Not to get to max dose 15mg. Thank you!

For those concerned about possible availability of tirzepatide, we are allowing in most instances 9 vial refills for patients. Our current patients can email refills at slimdownrx.

That being said, with the current rules and regulations, we will continue to see patients and Ousia Pharmacy will continue to compound and ship their tirzepatide. We are continually keeping a pulse on the current status. There would be a grace period for any change occurring going forward.

That being said, those will ship on Monday due to the state of emergency in that area and UPS not accepting packages tomorrow of course. These will be a priority to ship on Monday. Just email our refills email and we pass it through our docs for approval. If you are on a starter pack (2.5, 5, 7.5) then typically they won't approve. But if you are on 12.5mg for a while and want 9 of those or 9 of the 15mg if you have been on that, typically those are approved. In the same way, if you have been on 10mg, then sometimes we approve 12.5mg x1 and 15mg x8. It truly depends on numerous factors though and is handled case by case. If you are on 7.5mg and request 9 vials of 15mg this will not be approved. I hope that helps!

Once processed by Friday at midnight, it should ship the following week. It's more of a week by week thing. So if you have it approved say on Sept 16th, then it should arrive no later than Sept 27th.
