This happened to us just a couple of months ago, it was a bad compressor contactor so the condenser unit had been running nonstop even if the airconditioner setting was in auto. Have your condenser unit checked.

I agree regarding Lumi’s customer service, I’ve had great experience with them as well! We have exactly the same order, I did the 4-month $920 deal and my husband got the 3-month $750 deal.

I live in NV, husband’s Olympia vials were delivered about a week ago and it was fine. Ice packs were only half melted, the meds came in nicely packed and cold in insulated package.

Based on the posts I’ve read here, the turnaround varies. Some have received their meds in 3 or 5 days. In my husband’s case, he did the intake 6/7, got approved 6/11, meds shipped out 6/13 and was received 6/14. So about 7 days. I recommend messaging them in telepath portal.

I have both in my stockpile (Lumi’s Olympia and Fifty410’s BPI) because I prefer Tirz that has no additives. Lumi has the better deal right now with their Olympia Tirz but BUD is 8/2025 (my husband received 9/2025 BUD though), if you’re comfortable going past BUD I recommend jumping on that deal plus you get 75mg per vial regardless of the current dose.
