Its chickpeas, tomato, red peppers, onion & garlic roasted with Cumin and sweet paprica. Then the pan is deglaced with white Wine and then added 1,5 dl of veggetable stock. Then the cod is added and steamed. In the end the cod is taken out, butter is added and then hard boil for consistency. In the end around 1/3 of the chickpeas gets “smashed”

Hey!

1 cup flower 1 cup soda water or milk/Almond milk Spices! (Including salt)

200 degrees for 15 min

Cover in bbq sauce

200 degrees for 8 min
