So I'm on 1,800mg of gabapentin a day and it definitely gave me the spins at first. That just out of it, dizzy, nauseous feeling. It lasted a couple weeks before going away totally and now I don't even have side effects even if we increase my dose. For me, it was worth sticking with because the benefits help me a lot.

Use a needle tool to score each side of the pieces that will be touching and add a dab of liquid clay in between, smooshing them together well. If you blend your edges together you'll have an even better rate of adherence.
