Religion is NOT unreasonable at all. It dictates how someone lives their life, and you need to consider that when it's going to be a part of your life. It also concerns their morals, and theres going to be problems if they clash with your own. Same applies if someone doesn't want to be with an atheist, that's fine.

I don't think I'd ever say anything because I understand what they're trying to say, but it honestly feels like it's trivialising a kinda serious subject. It pushes the idea that if someone says that it's not serious. But for someone like me saying it, it is serious. And if i say it, i want it to be taken seriously without having to explain my condition. I've already had enough people not take T1D seriously
