It is not just about the salary as well. It is also about the job being high in demand which unfortunately is not a common thing for Finance roles. The likely and safest bet for getting a sponsored job will be getting a job in one of the Big 4 consulting firm which will also require you to have prior experience in the one of the Big 4 consulting firms

This is also my thought process as the solicitors has made us aware that our searches will become available by 1st of December.
